"MENTAI NOODLES hands down the best ever. All carbs and worth every bit of it. The main reason we keep coming back to this spot and also tasting their other platters is a great experience. Karaage Chicken is a good app along with the Kani Salad. It’s light and delicious."

"It’s surreal, coz everyone in the dinning is Thai, even the server are Thai, yet they serve a great not good but great Japanese food. I have to met the Chef. Amazing food! They just have to learn more on Japanese terminology. Example they have Toki highball and I ask Toki on the rocks instead the server told me that the highball is the brand name, and I keep insisting that Toki is the Japanese Whisky, and when I ask for Togarashi, they said I have to order. so I said can i order, then they come back they don’t have it on the Menu. and then my husband order a Asahi Super Dry, they don’t know the Super Dry. These are small things, but sometimes need to taken cared of, Anyhow, it makes me deel back to Izakaya in Tokyo, only people are speaking Thai not Nihongo. But still loved the whole vibe! Congratulations guys and good luck. wish you more success."

"Food was delicious and reasonably priced, and staff was great. I stopped by for a pickup, but was offered a table to sit at while food was being prepared. I wasn't expecting to enjoy the interior so much, but it was fun and cozy. 5/5 would 100% stop by again."

"Izakaya Fuku in NY is very different from what you usually expect when it comes to Japanese food. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with an urban vibe walls covered in graffiti, hanging lights, a jukebox playing music, and even chairs made out of beer crates with cushions on top. It’s a unique concept that feels casual but very enjoyable. The service is good and the food is definitely worth trying. Their sushi is served as a type of nigiri over a bed of rice, with great flavor overall. The only one I personally didn’t enjoy was the fish roe sushi since it had a strong cod-like taste, but everything else was excellent. The classic ramen was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor and perfectly prepared. I also have to highlight their house-made soy sauce it’s outstanding and really elevates the experience. The only downside for me is that the place is cash only. I don’t think this adds to the concept, and instead it takes away a bit from the overall experience in such a modern and authentic spot. Overall, I do recommend Izakaya Fuku if you want to enjoy Japanese food in a very different, urban setting with great flavors and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere."

"Had a quick dinner after a surfing trip in queens 3 Thursdays a go. Cute little spot with a Japan-like atmosphere that brought me back to my first solo trip in Tokyo 13 years ago! The food was deliciousious, loved how crispy and fresh our Grilled Makerel was and my Udon mentaiko came in a perfect Al dente with the right thickness creamy sauce. Our waitress was attentive and helpful a bit bummer to hear they said something not really nice about us in Thai before realizing I know the language. 5 stars for the food and vibes ** Cash only **"
