"I chose Holic Thai Bistro for a lunch meet up with a friend because of the location. I was delighted that I chose this beautiful restaurant when I walked in! The decor and atmosphere was great. It's a small restaurant but typical for NYC/BK and the layout flowed perfectly! I wanted to try so many things on the menu but decided to get the dumpling soup and a side a fried rice because it was 20 degrees outside! The food was great just the right amount of wontons and bok choy to fill me all the way up! The staff was very attentive gave great feedback and information on menu items. I had a lychee Thai iced tea for the first time which was great and included 2 sweet lychee fruits. My friend has the chive pancakes they were crispy and different from other chive pancakes but the flavor was on point. The green curry was also delicious! Overall I'll definitely go back great staff, very good food and beautiful atmosphere!"

"They had me at $14 Lunch Special! And the food is actually Good! Holic is a great spot, it's cozy, and beautifully designed. The ladies running the front end are very good, I've never had an issue. My family has been here several times on Saturday and has tried different dishes, the food is consistently good. This might be my new favorite Thai Spot!"

"We visited this Thai restaurant for dinner around 5 p.m. It was already quite busy, but luckily we were seated right away. The interior was cozy and slightly dimly lit, with nice décor and a lively atmosphere. Even the restroom was clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. For my entrée, I ordered a stir-fried minced pork dish cooked with basil, garlic, and Thai green chili, served with rice and topped with a fried egg — a classic Thai street-style meal. It was incredibly flavorful, made with fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced in spice and aroma. The portion size was generous — I couldn’t finish it all and ended up taking the leftovers home for another meal. Overall, the food quality was excellent, the service smooth, and the atmosphere pleasant. Definitely a great spot for authentic, flavorful Thai food — highly recommended, and I’d gladly return!"

"During my previous visit with my family, we did not encounter any issues. However, I decided to dine on August 8, 2025. The waitress service was excellent, and the food was satisfactory. Nevertheless, my classic mojito drink, which I ordered, was excessively strong for my preference. The waitress offered to make it over or rectify the situation. After taking a sip of my modified drink, I discovered a small fly. I discreetly informed the waitress, and she offered to provide me with a replacement. Despite my discomfort, I requested my check. Upon receiving my check, she brought another replacement drink, which I took to dispose of in the trash. Regrettably, neither a discount nor any form of compensation was offered. I don’t think I’ll be returning."
