"Food is overall great. A lot of protein and veggies, super flavorful! The only downside if at all is weird color of the green sauce that is bright green and feels very artificial. Would be so much better with less food coloring! It makes the food less appetizing!"

"Habiba does right in my book. We're talking about the one and only special Halal plate of steinway. Go Mix plate and please don't sleep on the mint and bbq sauces. These guys are working with flavors far beyond the average. 🫡"

"Most of the gyro carts are nasty, unhygienic and awful. However Habiba truck Halal Food Cart is exceptional. Ultra need n clean Their food is very delicious with variety options. We came here twice, each times we ordered chicken, lamb or mixed gyro. Superb"

"I have been here couple of times for my go to chicken over rice. Customer service is great and they are always busy. Price is decent which I paid $11 for mix over rice. My concern is only they could improve on flavor and marination parts instead of giving big portion."

"We tried this place out for the first time after being recommended by a friend. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to sample both the chicken and the lamb after we asked which one they recommend. That was the first time I ever got a sample of food! The food was delicious! We got the combo over rice as well as fries and falafel gyro. The combo over rice came with a bit of salad, a few fries, and a falafel on the side. WARNING: THE HOT SAUCE IS SUPER HOT! I had asked for white sauce and hot sauce on it, but the red hot sauce was flaming hot!! 🥵 They also gave us the green cilantro/jalapeño sauce separately, but unfortunately we could not really get to enjoy it as the red hot sauce on our platter was already very spicy. Later on, we dipped our fries in the green sauce and really liked it. They come in cute little containers with the lids attached. The green sauce is a very bright and interesting shade of green! We are a fan of spicy food but the red hot sauce was on another level. If you’re not sure of whether you can handle the heat, you can always ask for it on the side of the platter or in a separate container—to be safe! Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!"
