"Ordered my usual milk shake, and I usually ask for the shake to be extra thick. It's usually not an issue. Today the store wanted to charge an extra $3 on top of the $11 they charged me for the milk shake."

"I’m disappointed with my birthday cake order. I usually get the Ribbon Cake every year from the Montaque location, but this year I chose this one for convenience. However, the appearance and quality of the cake were disappointing. The cookie crunch in the middle that I requested was very skimpy. If I had known that was the “normal amount,” I would have paid for extra. Additionally, the writing on the cake wasn’t the best, and honestly, I could have done without it. I don’t think I would order a cake from here for my birthday again."

"We are SO glad that there’s finally some decent(or ANY) ice cream in this neighborhood, and it couldn’t be run by a better dude!! We met the owner, Tamal, when this spot first opened up and he was so nice! And to top it all off, the ice cream is fantastic. Welcome to the neighborhood!!!!"
