"First of all I’ve lived in this neighborhood since 1982 and I’ve been a loyal customer since they’ve been here. This establishment is by 88th and Astoria and I live on 89th Street. I ordered chicken wings with tostones he said it was $11.05 I had $16. Left my change purse in my other bag but he let me slide for the .05 cents. Then I asked for an extra garlic sauce and she said it .25 cents. I was annoyed that they’re charging for that but I gave her my $5 bill and she proceeds to then charge me the .05 cents. They are the worst!! How you treat your customers like this just nickel and diming. You’re in my community!! I will never return to this establishment the woman was a rude person. They have no business ethic what so ever!! Don’t go here!!!"

"I haven’t been in the area that long and I’m going to say this straight up I’ve called them about 10 times for food and each time it has been great. Each time it was a different dish by the way. I hope you get what I mean. Delivery was quicker than expected each time I called. Even during peak hours"

"I am regular customer and is constantly ordering the same thing over and over again. I placed my order with a girl. They forget to give any duck sauce and when I called back to let them know, a guy answered who barely spoke English. Instead of saying sorry he started arguing with me and laughing saying who orders duck sauce with wings. Not only this the delivery guy went to the front of the house instead of the back like always since it’s a new guy. I wouldn’t communicate properly with him coz even he speaks very little English. Now I am sitting here with cold chicken wings and no duck sauce."

"Wow, this place was good! I ordered the shrimp and broccoli with the roast pork fried rice and eggroll that came with the lunch special. The eggroll was free which I thought was awesome! Separately from that lunch special, I ordered a half of a fried chicken or I had a choice of four chicken wings, which it would’ve been the same priceIt wasn’t too pricey. I paid $19.27 for my whole order. I would’ve given them five stars but I did have to request that my chicken not be fried hard I got a feeling it would have been if I didn’t, but it was absolutely delicious. Delivery was on point, didn’t take too long and my food was piping hot. Just wanted to give a shout out. I was in New York for wor. Good job Great Wall! Will definitely be ordering here again when I’m in New York."

"Ordered at 10pm.. shrimp lo mein, boneless ribs, cheese wontons, and shrimp with veggies. All very fresh and flavorful. Don’t forget to ask about the hot oil."
