"What an amazing indulgence of textures and flavors. My shrimp in an iron skillet was the sweetness of the ocean with the savory and goodness of olive oil and flavors. The Za’atra scallops was both creamy and light crispy texture with the full taste of the sea and the creamy pesto to balance a sense of woodlands. This is a must try encounter. So amazing. The service was wonderful and kind and polite. My server Jorge was kind , polite and very attentive. I felt like royalty."

"We went to Frena for brunch, and it was such a special experience. As a Moroccan, eating their Moroccan donuts instantly brought me back to my childhood!! so so good, and honestly worth the visit just for that item on the menu. The shawarma and hummus bowl was absolutely delicious, and I can never get enough of their labne dip. It’s truly the best labne I’ve ever had!"

"This was a great experience for our family and friends. Everything we ordered tasted good. Typically, places in NYC are very crowded but we were able to hear the conversation (new place) which was a treat. I have a feeling that will change with time. Service was good and I thought prices were fair."
