"Here’s a professional yet assertive Google review draft you can post: --- ⭐ 1 Star I’m extremely disappointed with this restaurant. During my visit, I saw a live rat running around the kitchen area, right near the hibachi grill — completely unacceptable for any food establishment. I even recorded a video on my phone as proof. When I reported it to the staff, they quietly said my dinner was “on the house” but refused to give me a receipt. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but when I returned last month, nothing had improved — the place still felt unhygienic, and the service was poor. For a restaurant of this reputation, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and professionalism. This kind of environment poses serious health and safety concerns for customers. I’m posting this review because it’s time the issue is addressed publicly and proper action is taken to maintain hygiene and food safety. "4 stars since it is the flaming grill brand. But the place needs alot of staff. Foods are not refilled as fast. The area gets filthy since the patriots around does not have the etiquette. Servers are sometimes overwhelmed in cleaning and the amount of customers they recieve. Restroom starts to smells when i got their and needs cleaning. ATM at site. Their staff also asks you to tip, if you do not. If it is really a fair review without a bias, it would be a 3 stars. See images and videos for reference."

"Great variety. Service was excellent. We were a group of 4. Loved the fried fish and the variety of chicken. Nice variety of shrimp. Many different types of desserts. The taste and flavor was good. Price was decent. Bathrooms can be cleaner. Lots of sushi."
