"11/22/25 Creamy, smooth, with a lot of flavor. I wanted to try a new place so I went after work, it was pretty late so there weren't a lot of people, but the staff was really nice. I got the cookie monster ice cream which I would recommend if you 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 cookie dough the way I do. There was no icing, and the texture was smooth as butter! Honestly, it was worth the price and I would definitely go there again and maybe try the original oreo. There was also a list of the different types of ice cream and what they consist of right on the side of where you order. This was very client friendly, as I’m able to see what I’m getting and not just order based on the name and especially as someone who can’t see from far the menu placing was perfect! 100/10!"

"Three Pints, One Winner: A Neighborhood Ice Cream Review We are regulars at this ice cream shop — it’s right on the corner of our apartment, and we go there all the time. Tonight, we picked three pints of ice cream and decided to review them. We like to go there and try different flavors each time. Here’s our pick for the night: ⸻ 🥇 Toasted S’more – The Winner The Toasted S’more gets the job done. It’s rich, balanced, and full of flavor — but what really sets it apart is the texture. The bits of cracker bring just the right amount of crunch, creating a perfect ratio between smooth ice cream and crisp bite. Then comes the marshmallow — soft, fluffy, and light, like a cloud in your mouth. It’s the perfect finishing touch, giving each spoonful a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth ending. That’s why Toasted S’more is the clear winner of the night. ⸻ 🥈 Cookie Monster – Second Place Cookie Monster takes second place for solid craftsmanship — it does what it needs to do. But at the end of the day, Cookie Monster is basically Oreo with a cookie dough twist. It’s good, but it’s not revolutionary. The flavor is lighter and less rich compared to the Toasted S’more, and while it’s enjoyable, it feels like it’s playing it safe. If you’re going to call yourself Cookie Monster, though, there should be minimum three cookies in every bite. Overall, it’s fine, but not a showstopper. ⸻ 🥉 Oreo – The Loser of the Night Oreo, unfortunately, takes last place. It fails the palate — or maybe it just confuses it. The flavor isn’t rich enough, and it’s neither distinctive nor memorable. It’s somewhere in that weird in-between where you start wondering what you’re actually tasting. It’s almost watery, and even when you hit a piece of Oreo, you still don’t know what’s going on. It leaves you with a big question mark: Is this Oreo? And if this is Oreo, have I ever really had Oreo before? It makes you rethink the definition of what Oreo is supposed to be. Oreo was, without a doubt, the loser of the night. ⸻ We’ll keep trying different flavors every time — always keeping Toasted S’more in our back pocket as a favorite. This isn’t about criticism, just a friendly race between three flavors. Emack & Bolio’s is a cozy, reliable spot in our lovely little neighborhood."

"Decent ice cream. It was on the light side (not too sweet, nor too creamy). I’d recommend the peach cobbler flavor."

"It was ok. Their flavors weren’t as bold as I’d like but good enough for ice cream. Your order comes with sugar cone. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here. The staff were friendly and the place was clean."

"Emack & Bolio had a lot of wonderful ice cream flavors and cones! My favorite flavors are the grasshopper pie and toasted smores, but definitely want to to back and try more flavors! You can also get ice cream cakes and by the pint. There is seating inside & outside the shop if you want to eat there!"
