"Fantastic Greek food. Stopped in for a pita wrap (beef/lamb gyro) and salad (Horiatiki) and both were excellent! The salad/veggies were fresh, cold and crunchy! It’s a huge salad for $13! The pita wrap was also amazing, the tzatziki was very fresh and pita bread was nice and soft. Very clean and decorative on the inside. I would highly recommend this place!"

"Really tasty, authentic Greek food! I got the beef and lamb yeero and it was sooooo good and reasonably priced. The quality was high and it was so flavorful. I already can't wait to come back for more as everything on the menu sounded delicious. The restaurant is so beautifully decorated on the outside and the inside has plenty of table seating and booth options."

"Ela’s is EXCELLENT. The quality of their food is so high, it is delicious, it feels healthy and delicious at the same time, they are so generous with portions. The salads are so fresh, the rice is fluffy, and personally as a vegan I love the vegan yeero. Everything about this restaurant is well done. Super speedy, the service is very accommodating, like I didn’t know if I should add the gigante beans to my bowl so the register person just gave me a sample, which of course got me to order them. The gigante beans are SO GOOD. To me the bowl is really the best but sometimes I feel like a pure salad. The pita bread is so good, everything is good. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. 10/10 I love this restaurant, it’s honestly some of my favorite food in Jersey City. Kudos to the staff and the owners!"
