"I had such a great experience here. I haven’t been in years since moving, but we decided to stop in after visiting family, and I’m so glad we did. John was our server, and he was awesome—super friendly and very personable. He checked on us just enough without hovering and gave us great recommendations. I really missed coming here. It felt so nice to just sit, relax, and not feel rushed while enjoying our food. The clam pie was amazing, and the buffalo calamari was just as good. Parking is still terrible (it took us over 20 minutes to find a spot), but honestly, it was worth the hassle and wait for a table. Overall, great food and great service. If you go, definitely ask for John!"

"THE BEST PIZZA IN NEW YORK AND THE WORLD! I have spent my life traveling and eating pizza… From my hometown of Staten Island, NY - South to St. Thomas, USVI - East to Italy & - West to Soldotna, Alaska… The food is consistently amazing, service is genuine and true to its hometown vibes and the atmosphere provides a nostalgia that transports me back to my childhood days of Friday nights with the family sharing a 60/40 plater, fried calamari and more pies that we could count. My personal favorite is their white pie with garlic but no onions… and their clam pie is unmatched but all are better than their closest competitor… Italy has nothing on Denino’s of Staten Island, NY. Please don’t ever change!"

"Let's get real: If you dislike this place, you are on crack. I LOVE DENINOS! Best pizza anywhere in the city, great service, and a nice family atmosphere. Whenever my friends visit from out of town, I always bring them here! Just look at that pizza!!!"

"(Denino’s box is on the left ) I have grown up on denino’s for a majority of my life . Over the years they are very consistent with some the dishes that I enjoy . The regular cheese pizza is always consistently crispy, crunchy, and thin . I love the pizza here over brother’s pizza (which is another top Staten Island pizzeria ) . They make a Margarherita pizza , that’s pretty good to me . Aside from pizza they make a great fried shrimp , it has so much flavor in it and the batter is always perfect every time . I’ve had a penne vodka from them; it’s underwhelming that had no flavor and the pasta is over cooked sometimes . I’ve also tried the zucchini sticks from them; bulky wasn’t too crazy about them to be honest ."

"Growing up on Staten Island and now living in NJ for 20 years, I still pay the toll to come back here regularly. Do not miss out on the fried calamari & other appetizers... consistently high quality and generous portions. Great pies as always. Service is efficient even when busy... many of the servers have been there for ages."
