"Pretty disappointed. The packaging was super misleading—“with beef” was in tiny print under “lamb ground beef.” Unless you walk around with a magnifying glass, you’d think it’s 100% lamb. I only realized after tasting it, and something was definitely off—it had a weird, almost fishy taste, nothing like real lamb. Honestly, it felt like they mixed in old beef, which is pretty concerning. Not the quality or transparency I’d expect from a butcher. Won’t be back."
