"This Chick-fil-A has definitely improved its service! I had previously complained to them (privately, through their customer surveys) that this branch didn't feel like a Chick-fil-A as we all know and love. Whatever they did, it worked. The service was a million times friendlier and courteous. The dispatch was quick. Importantly, it wasn't so overcrowded with customers or delivery people to the point of annoyance. So, kudos to this branch for doing the right thing and trying hard. That's all we can ask for... The food: Chick-fil-A never misses there, so that's never in question."

"I stopped by with my family after a night of shopping because my kids wanted something to eat, and Chick-fil-A was the closest option, so we gave it a try. The service was great—the attendant who helped us was very friendly and genuinely pleasant. Our food came out quickly, which I really appreciated. However, the portion sizes were noticeably small for the price, at least in my opinion. If the servings were a bit bigger, this would easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, the visit was good, and who knows—maybe I’ll give it another try."

"I don’t really eat fast food, but my daughter wanted to stop by. Trinity the cashier was super friendly and nice, her customer service stood out and it’s the only reason I am writing this review. As she deserves to know she is doing a great job. I go to a lot of places where the younger generation (gen z) lacks customer service, so given that she’s so young, I was impressed by her attentiveness. The place is run well and you don’t have to wait a long time for your food, it seems really clean as well."

"Every time I come to the States from London I make sure to visit a Chik-Fil-A, they do not disappoint, staff are insanely friendly and the food is delicious! Christian run too!"

"I went to this burger chain restaurant for the first time. I'm not American, but I've heard amazing stories and have had Americans try and tell me how amazing this place is. I'm not a huge fast food guy, but I like trying new things. So, during my visit to manhattan, I stumbled across this particular spot and i was like what the hell let's go. The place was full. The service was quick and like everything in this city it was pretty expensive. I spent like 20$ for what was a pretty pedestrian sandwich and waffle fries. No offence to the staff who I could tell were working hard, but I fail to appreciate the hype a hoop-la with this place. Did I enjoy my chicken burger? Sure, I did. Do I make better ones myself at home? You bet."
