"Every time I come to this location the workers have an issue with customers using the rewards program. Every single time. This is the only checkers in this area which I think management takes advantage of knowing that customers have no choice but to return if they want fast food from checkers. So this location has made no improvements. Today’s excuse was that they had no internet so they couldn’t allow me to use the app in person. So the team member suggested I place a mobile order, which also didn’t work because the location is not listed on the checkers app. They are listed on uber but not the actual checkers app. I received no assistance past that. It is ridiculous how they treat customers. Very disappointing."

"I just had Checkers at this location, and the food was Excellent. Had 2 big bufords. Buy 1 and get 1 free I know the owner here because he also owns Popeyes in Brighton Beach. The burgers were so juicy. No need for Mayo on it."

"The fries were fresh but the male worker doesn’t wear gloves while preparing your food. You can’t sit and eat."

"I was standing watching this guy make my order with no gloves on. Blowing his nose and touching my food grab the fries with his bare hands after blowing his nose this why I do not eat in Brooklyn…"

"This place decides to close whenever they feel like it. Me and my girl live up the block and after a long night at the hospital we just knew this place would be open so we could eat when we got home. But NO. Guy shuts off the light right in my face @ 2 am when it’s supposed to be open til 5. And they’re ridiculously priced anyway. A small shake is $7 now! This isn’t the first or last time I have went to this location to be told it’s closed during late hours. They close whenever they feel like it. It’s the only place that’s supposed to be “open” late around here. All I’m saying is if you’re hungry late don’t expect this place to be open and honestly the establishment needs to correct the hours they have posted on public sites such as google. Even the side walk up window was down. What’s the purpose of it then? These pics are 10-20 seconds apart."
