"I had a little trip to Newark and it was a bit chaotic but choosing Casa Nova Grill was the best choice for the whole trip. Evando waited on us and he was the nicest. He showed us our options, detailed about the all you can eat options. Just for his service I would rate the 5 stars and the food was amazing as well. I will definitely come back when traveling up north again. I absolutely love my experience today. Going back to Louisiana and hope to be able to go back to Casa Nova Grill again."

"Everything was terrible. I don’t recommend this place at all. Better go somewhere else. By the way, I do not usually behave in the manner you are suggesting. I believe it would be more appropriate for you to focus on improving your customer service, as the attention we received was truly disappointing. The overall experience left much to be desired, and honestly, I would not return to your establishment. The people who were with me that day also left with a negative impression and share the same opinion about your restaurant. I genuinely hope you take steps to improve, for the sake of both yourself and your staff, as no business can succeed without its customers."

"Didn’t like the meat or buffet selection. The hush puppies were good, fries and fried banana were good also. Drinks were strong, didn’t have a big cocktail menu. Disappointed they didn’t have the cheese ball. Never been to a Rodizio like this. Barely received any steak options, meats were either over cooked or too seasoned. Oh they gave fresh chips, those were good also. Service was slow, no one came back to us for a while to see if we wanted anything besides the Rodizio."

"The food at the restaurant could be good, but poor management ruins the experience. The manager shows no real customer service skills and doesn’t seem to know how to handle situations properly. It’s a shame, because the place has potential, but with better management, it could improve a lot. Unbelievable lack of respect from the manager. I ended up being treated with unforgivable rudeness. I can’t believe someone with so little education and professionalism is in charge of a restaurant. Truly shameful. I really hope they improve their customer service, because right now, they’re just driving people away. We came all the way from Miami on vacation and left with a bad impression of this place. They also seem to have the habit of automatically adding a 20% service charge, even for small groups."

"Tuesdays are the day to go. They have 31.95 Rodizio. Great price. All the meat you can eat and they will come back again. What they didn’t have was the grilled pineapple. They said it usually goes to waste to so they didn’t set it up. They all have a Rodizio special for lunch. The sea bass was not great according to my companion. It was a frozen fillet. Didn’t taste fresh. The Rodizio on Tuesday is their best offer. It wasn’t packed so you could hold a conversation."
