"The food was very tasteful, hot, and fresh. The staff was friendly. And even the owner was there making sure each guest was taken care of with care. Every one (table of 4) we all enjoyed our food."

"Fantastic food and top-notch service. We asked for a cake for our groom-to-be friend, and they got it ready in minutes. The cake was delicious."

"I absolutely loved my experience at Bombay grill house ! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the aroma of spices instantly made me hungry. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor the butter chicken was rich and creamy, the naan was soft and fresh. You can really taste the love and care that goes into every plate. And it’s even better a second time for leftovers!!"

"My wife and I happened upon Bombay Grill as we were looking for a dinner option before a show. GIven other options were scarce, we opted to give Bombay Grill a try....AND WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!!!. The physical space is relatively intimate and lighting conducive for a relaxing experience. The wait staff were very attentive and efficient, as we were quickly seated at a table for 2. Although initially apprehensive that there were tables available without reservations, we realized that because of the efficiency of the staff, the tables turned quickly, especially given that within 5 minutes of sitting down the restaurant was packed. This is not to say patrons were rushed.....quite the opposite. We felt very comfortable with the atmosphere, which was cozy and relaxed. My wife and I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Butter Chicken, respectively, and we enjoyed both dishes immensely. Upon trying both dishes, it became apparent that the chef knew exactly how to make authentic Northern Indian fare, and we gleefully enjoyed every bit of the meal. Coupled with generous pours of wine, the experience was a wonderful beginning to our night. What added to our delight was the bill. For the quality of the meal and service received, especially in a New York restaurant in a busy area, and the obvious popularity of the restaurant on a Saturday night, the final tab was pleasantly surprising and inexpensive. I believe my wife and I have found a go-to restaurant for when we find ourselves on 9th ave. I feel conflicted in giving this review because I believe as more people discover this little gem, this restaurant's popularity will only increase and make it harder for my wife and I to take advantage of this secret."

"This is a quiet hole in the wall authentic Indian restaurant, and it truly has the best flavors in NY. Raju, our server also ended up being our chef for the sabzi and the dahi puri. Both tasted so good and he greeted us with well and brought everything promptly. Dahi puri reminds me of Mumbai Street side Dahi puri, so tasty and flavorful. We got the onion kulcha and the kadhai vegetables and the paneer sooley. Even the spicy guava mojito was so good. Highly recommend coming here. Good quality, authentic Indian food!"
