"Mind. Absolutely. Blown. As an Indian, I’m constantly in search of authentic Indian food wherever I travel—and this place has truly set the benchmark globally. Having tried Indian cuisine across cities in US, Dubai, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona and beyond but I can confidently say that the dishes prepared here—by a standby chef, no less were truly exceptional. It’s the kind of flavour you find only in a home kitchen or from a top-tier 5-star executive chef in India. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Apologies for keeping you waiting until closing time-we were simply enjoying every moment. World-class experience. Will return definitely!!"

"Had an amazing experience at Bombay Bistro in New York! Tried the crispy cauliflower, seekh kebab, chicken tikka masala, and daal — everything was delicious. Great ambience, excellent hospitality, and truly authentic flavours. Highly recommend!"

"Bombay Bistros in the West Village is a great spot if you're craving flavorful Indian food. Every dish I tried was packed with rich spices and bold flavors, and the portions were just right. The service was also impressively fast — perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to when I’m in the area."

"This is a nice place to go on a date or meet up with friends or family. The ambiance and decor are a bit unique and that is the main attraction here. The service is very good. Staff are attentive and friendly. The food is pretty good. It's not the best Indian I have had. However, it is tasty. They make biriani authentic style with atta sealed on top. It's definitely worth a try!"
