"I often go to the food truck in front of the market for tacos, and they’re great, especially the seafood, which is delicious. For seafood in Astoria, it’s hard to beat the prices anywhere else. The fish tacos are amazing and probably the best, and the octopus tacos are delicious too, though sometimes the octopus can be a bit chewy. The staff is fantastic, and the cashier/server at the food truck is always helpful with a smile and great attitude. I don’t know his name, but he’s always so friendly. I really like this place and will probably continue going for tacos regardless."

"I use this fish market often and I never had a bad experience. The fish is always fresh and the service is great! I highly recommend. I want to try the Food truck it looks exciting with great prices ."

"Purchased about two pounds of wild salmon from Blue Island fish market. At 20/lb it was pricey but worth every cent. The service was quick and great. The fish smelled/tasted wonderful. Great tenderness, perfectly rich and without that fishy aftertaste you get from lesser quality fish. I will definitely be back!"
