"I have dined here once before, during the Summer time. They had tables and chairs outside, and since it was a nice weather, we sat outside. It was really nice. This time, we sat in the inside. They have an open coat closet right at the entrance, so if you don't mind leaving your coats there, you can hang it there instead of taking it to your table. We took advantage of their coat closet so that we didn't have to carry heavy coats to our table. It seemed like they have two dining room, and I think they were only using one of the dining room as they were not so busy. Since their weekend brunch ends at 3pm, and we got there around 1pm, people were finishing up and leaving. They also had nice bar area. They didn't pack the space with too many tables or chairs, which was nice, so that we had enough time to walk around, and didn't feel like people were on top of each other like at some other NYC restaurants. We ordered pancakes, mussels, and some desserts. Everything was really tasty and we enjoyed it a lot. Our waitress was really nice and sweet, and she took care of us with a nice smile. Read my full review of this restaurant and food on my food blog, foodlovergirl."

"I went to Bistro Ten 18 on a Thursday night, they have live jazz music! Its a regular thing. I was so impressed with the playing, it was like a jam, with musicians switching. I definitely recommend it for the music!"

"I am a native New Yorker and will keep to the directness of how we are known to be :) Food: Great. Have the burger! Drinks: Great. They have a great brunch deal: Prix fixe unlimited alcohol "

"This could be called the corner bistro. It is right at 110th & Amsterdam. Very close to Columbia where many of my friends work or study and we can easily meet at Bistro Ten 18. They have great jazz and wonderful brunches. I love going for a casual dinner. The drinks are good and the food sometimes is out of this world."

"This place is just a pretentious little restaurant. Their brunch ends at noon. The wait staff are iffy, kind of nice but really snobby too. The tomato bisque came out cold. The bistro burger special was the best choice since it came with fries and a beer and was decently priced. The food wasn't horrible but it wasn't the best either. I will not be returning here."
