"Honestly best food I ate in the last couple months! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive from the moment I walked in, which made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy. The standout was the shawarma, perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in NYC. I’ve been to places like Cava and Naya plenty of times, but Bisbas definitely takes the top spot for me. The flavors are fresher, more authentic, the portions feel more generous, and the overall vibe is just better. If you’re looking for a fast-casual Mediterranean spot that actually gets it right, Bisbas is the move. Highly recommend!"

"Such tasty and authentic Mediterranean food by Alex and Saif! The crispy chicken shawarma has a unique and zesty seasoning that elevates the taste nicely. Toum tastes great and the baklava is a must try, not too sweet and really tasty. Great find in Brooklyn!"

"This place was super great! We got the chicken shawarma sandwich and it was fantastic, especially the pickles. The special sauce is soooo good! The zaatar fries were delicious and freshly hand cut. The service was great and after the cook got done with the order, he wiped down the bar and food area which was already spotless to begin with. You can tell they truly care about their customers, the quality of the food and the entire restaurant. Good prices and large portions too! Highly recommend!"

"Came in for a quick bite and ended up falling in love with this place! They had generous portions and great quality food. The owner also offered me a complimentary water bottle when I was too spiced up from the jalapeño sauce! So sweet and kind :) Will tell my friends to come here as well."
