"Great concept, overpriced and lackluster execution with a horrible experience. I got the limited time "caviar" fries and not only were the fries bland, I got sick from them! Aside from that, I ordered a mixed box of corn dogs, chicken, and mozzarella sticks but I only got dry corn dogs. To top it all off, I tried to order three different sauces and they were all sold out. Definitely not going back."

"Confused and disappointed. The fries were perfect on the outside - crispy and tasty, and amazingly well-seasoned - but mealy, dry, and uncooked on the inside, like eating shredded paper. It's a half hour later, and my mouth still feels totally dried out. We got a large, because we were expecting the fries to be amazing, but we hardly ate any of them. (And we were trying extremely hard to like them, especially for $20.) I was really expecting more - how can a place literally named for French fries make them so badly?"

"Food – look the fries here undeniably good I mean they are really good. We came to the special promotion which was the caviar fries which they were selling for $10. The price as you would expect is a great deal for caviar fries, caviar, sour cream, and fresh french fries They were great. The flavor was awesome. They were small which should’ve been expected. I get about 10 fries again this to be expected with caviar on fries. Staff + space - biggest issue I have with this place is that the staff was incredibly aggressive. I’m sure he was just having a bad day so I’m not trying to get anybody in trouble, but we walked up immediately yelled at everybody who isn’t ordering needs to leave the ordering area, which is kind of strange. They went and sat down. Moved a couple tables together he yelled at tables cannot be moved came over and aggressively moved them back. He really made us feel uncomfortable and not wanted to be honest. Maybe not even wanna order the food after all there’s a whole table that has cone shaped areas for to hold your food and I feel like we couldn’t even stand there. His attitude really ruined the vibe."

"Honestly one of my favorite french fry spots, especially for poutine! I love the cut of the fries and they’re so crisp. The poutine gravy is absolutely delicious. Their truffle sauce is really flavorful too. They recently had a caviar fries on their menu for a limited time and it was soo fun and tasty. The server is super nice too, very friendly. I’ll always come here when I’m craving fries"

"The fries were lukewarm, tasting plainly room temperature once you bit in. They tasted freezer-burned, dry and pasty, simultaneously greasy at first touch and dusty on the inside. Only redeeming that the pepper seasoning is okay and what I would have expected on hot, fresh fries. Came with 4 small nuggets of chicken, 3 mozzarella sticks, 2 mini corn-dogs. Chicken was not bad with a nice seasoned crust, and seemed to be relatively fresh chicken. Corn dogs were standard frozen. Mozzarella sticks were chunks of room temperature string cheese, with not even a touch of melted texture that indicated any sort of reheating. Overall abysmal for 18 dollars, never coming here again."
