"Probably the best sushi spot and best ambiance I’ve had in NYC. Service was great and everything was fresh. I had the tasting appetizer which was incredible and pointed out these pictures for what I wanted to order. Please order this and thank me later! Drinks were amazing too!"

"A fun evening at Asuka Sushi! The food was delicious and the wine was flowing. We started with shrimp shumai, pork gyoza, and beef negamaki, followed by lots of sushi! One of my favorite of Japanese places in the city."

"The food is excellent. The sashimi was of high quality, generous cuts and beautifully presented. The hijiki salad was delicious and could easily be shared by two people. The eel avocado roll was delicious. The miso soup was very good. Service was prompt and professional. This was our second time at Asuka Sushi. We will be back."

"Honestly one of the best sushi experiences I've had in the Chelsea area. Each roll was delicious and the service was so prompt I could hardly believe I received it as fast as j did. Additionally the vibe of the restaurant is great, definitely felt very hip. One massive thing I loved about their menu was that they clearly distinguish between real crab and imitation crab. I hate getting excited about a roll that has "kani"...only to be disappointed when I ask if the crab is real, only to learn it's imitation. Here they offer real crab...a huge plus. I'll definitely return to sample more rolls. I highly recommend the heart throb rolls...outstanding."

"Fantastic! The meal started off with a warmed towel, which on a freezing cold day was a treat. All of the food was cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavor. Highly recommended!! I got the Shrimp Tempura Bento Box for the lunch special."
