"Hazelnut Mousse, Black Forest, and Dark Chocolate — the holy trinity of bad decisions I’ll happily keep making. The hazelnut mousse is smooth enough to ruin Nutella forever, Black Forest tastes like raspberry went to finishing school, and the dark chocolate is so rich I think it qualifies for a trust fund. Anita isn’t serving gelato — they’re running a delicious con, and I’m the easiest mark in town."

"Love love love this place. Hazelnut Mousse and Chocolate Crunch is the absolute best. I am so proud how this business has been expanding. They have many locations now. And they expanded this physical location as well. Seriously the best galato ever."

"Lovely corner space on 81st Street and 2nd Avenue with indoor and outdoor seating. Well-maintained and nicely decorated throughout. There was a short line (maybe 10 people or so) when I arrived at around 8pm on a nice Friday night...but the line went very quickly as there were about 5 staff members behind the counter efficiently taking customer's orders and cashing them out. There are so many delicious flavors to choose from...definitely something for everyone. I decided on a medium cup (~$10) which comes with up to three flavors...I got the dark chocolate, tiramisu, and nut-chocolate flavor (forgot what it was called). Everything was very good...some of the best I've had. Staff was efficient, friendly and patient. Will be returning to try some other flavors..."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Scoops of Joy in Every Bite! 🍨 Anita Gelato is hands down one of the best ice cream experiences I’ve had in New York City! 😍🍦 It was my first time trying @anitagelatousa, and I was blown away by how rich, creamy, and flavorful the gelato was. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, and the texture was silky smooth—it just melted beautifully on the tongue. Every scoop truly felt like a scoop of joy! Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors. Highly recommended if you’re an ice cream lover looking for something truly special in NYC!"
