"Really great scoops. Staff is attentive and is happy to accommodate you! I think the caramel cheesecake flavor is probably the best gelato I've ever had (and I've eaten gelato in Italy). The small is also just enough if you want to have a good amount without overdoing it. Thank you Anita. It was seriously delicious."

"⭐ Review: Anita Gelato – Broadway, Manhattan Rating: 10/10 Anita Gelato on Broadway is honestly one of the best gelato spots in Manhattan. The ice cream is fantastic — super creamy, rich flavor, and they have a huge variety. They even have unique options like their Dubai-style gelato, which you don’t see in many places. But the real surprise here is the coffee. It’s easily some of the best coffee in the entire area. If you go, definitely order a cup — they prepare it with real care, and you can taste the difference. The place itself feels very cozy with beautiful interior design, a warm vibe, and plenty of space to sit and relax. It’s also extremely clean, including the restrooms, which is rare for NYC dessert spots. Another huge plus: it’s much less crowded than the Anita location near Madison Square Garden / Penn Station. The Broadway shop gives you a calmer experience without the chaos. Overall, a great spot for gelato, coffee, or just a chill break in the city. Highly recommended."

"Perfect execution of a gelato shop!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff- so friendly and welcoming. Happy to give you a sample- maybe because they know once you try their gelato you will be hooked! The ambiance - the smell is sweet and heavenly- as it should be. It’s beautifully decorated and it makes you want to stay there and enjoy your treat. The gelato is by far the best I’ve ever had!!!!! It even beat this fantastic place in Mykonos, Greece for flavor and selections. So many selections, flavors for all tastebuds and they pack those little cups like they want to squeeze as much gelato into your belly as they can. You walk away with a little mountain of gelato…then when you think they cannot add anymore to your serving, they take the little spoon, dip it into the gelato and add it to the top of your personal gelato mountain! MIND BLOWING! Don’t skip the cone! You will be full! Don’t walk here if you are in NY Times Square- RUN!!!! Needs to be more than two locations for Anita La Mamma del Gelato! Chefs kiss fantastic!"

"Decidedly fire actually. And the staff are SO NICE and patient! One girl literally waited as I had an internal war about what toppings to put on my froyo. There are UNLIMITED toppings for froyo. And not loser lame-o toppings… good toppings. Like crushed pistachios and melted chocolate and fresh strawberries. The tart frozen yogurt is good. I’d give the yogurt itself 7/10 - it’s a bit icey. But still good. The sugar free hazelnut is a great gelato flavor. Lines get long at night."

"Exceptional gelato experience in Flatiron! I visited Anita Gelato at 1141 Broadway (at Sonder Flatiron), New York, NY 10001, and had two incredible flavors: Strawberry with Chantilly cream and Chocolate — both were absolutely sublime! The strawberry was fruity and fresh, beautifully paired with sweet Chantilly cream, and the chocolate was intensely rich and velvety. The shop is inviting and clean, with friendly staff who happily allowed me to sample a few flavors before choosing. With over 150 rotating flavors, including vegan and sugar-free options, you’re spoiled for choice! 📌 Address: 1141 Broadway, New York, NY 10001 (Flatiron/NoMad area) 🕒 Hours: Open every day from 8:00 AM to midnight (10:00 AM to 12:00 AM per official site and Yelp) 💵 Price range: • A regular cup (up to 2 flavors) costs around $8 to $10 — generous portions for the price by NYC standards • They also offer larger sizes and toppings as add-ons. This location is typically busy, but the line moves quickly — definitely worth the wait! Great for a sweet afternoon treat, a post-dinner indulgence, or a stylish date spot. Highly recommended for anyone craving top-tier gelato in NYC!"
