"NYC is known for its food but more importantly the communities that have hidden gems. Alfie's is a staple in Queens, NY and the food is amazing. The owner is on site and the stories are part of the fabric of this establishment. He knows everyone by name and the smile as you walk in sets the tone fir the amazing meal you're about to have."

"The family and I were looking for a good pizza spot before our drive back to PA. Our usual place was closed for the holiday weekend, so we decided to try this pizza place because of all the good reviews and was close in proximity to where we were in Hillside. Louie behind the counter is a great guy. Very nice and very welcoming with a big smile. The pizza was what you expect from a New York pizzeria. Crust is crunchy yet soft, nice little char on the crust to give it that blackened flavor after-taste, which is amazing. Everything from the cheese to the sauce made the cooked slice look like it was golden brown. The crust was also not too thin and also not too thick. It was the perfect size to get that crunch from a slice. I also ordered a sausage roll and garlic knots, which were also equally yummy. Overall, I would not hesitate to come here again next time I am in town. Great pizza with a smile."

"I grew up eating Alfie's pizza. I returned to NY for my 50th birthday, and one of the first things I did was to eat at Alfie's, and it's still the best. Their slices are perfect, and the zeppoles were mouth-watering. Almost all of the pizzerias that I grew up with are gone, but Alfie's is still standing, and I'm forever grateful."

"Alfie's Pizzeria & Restaurant, boasting 800+ glowing reviews, definitely lived up to the hype! We tried the All Meat Calzone and Tuna Wrap, and both were absolutely delicious—I couldn't stop until they were gone, hot and fresh. Be aware, it's a cash-only spot, but they do have an ATM inside. While the dine-in area could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, it's clear they handle a ton of takeout and delivery orders. The staff were a highlight—super friendly and full of jokes! Overall, a great first-time experience and highly recommended."
