"Had the jollof rice and goat meat. Never had jollof before so can't comment on authenticity but I liked it. Goat meat was, no exaggeration, the texture of shoe leather. Grew up on goat meat and that's 100% poor cooking technique. Either give the meat another 2-3 hours to soften up or use some Asian velveting technique to speed up the process. You can't keep selling this. If doing a better job just means cooking the food a little longer then you not doing that simple means you don't care enough to do better. $17 for a lot of rice isn't going to get you a lot of repeat customers. I certainly don't intend to return. Also goat didn't taste like goat. Probably it was mutton, which is legal in the US to do, but sketchy."

"I decided to give this African food truck a try because of how good the reviews were after doing deeper research I see 98% of the reviews are from 2 years ago. The goat pepper soup was a 3/10 the soup was watery and filled with salt! The goat was so hard to chew and needed to be cooked much longer. The goat meat was filled with bones and hardly any meat. The egusi was filled with oil and SALT did not taste good at all. The food was extremely OILY . The egusi had two small pieces of turkey meat a big cow foot bone no meat. Not to mention this salt filled meal cost nearly 50$ you’re better off going to an authentic African restaurant for better food and a better price. ZERO STARS"

"Honestly the ambience here is amazing. From the minute you walk in you have such a great feeling very clean and well kept. The setting is very inviting. The food was great exactly as I expected. Will definitely be coming back! The chef also was very professional. Great place"
