"We came here after some research (Google, Reddit) on NYC best burgers for our recent visit and we were not disappointed. The burgers were delicious and large, the fries spot-on, the service great (Anna), and the atmosphere was vibrant but not chaotic or noisy. The place was basically packed (it was Black Friday) but the service was fast and friendly and the orders were served correctly, (including to the right person without asking who ordered what). Solid choice in NYC. It was the only burger place we visited, so for us it was the best! 🙂"

"Very good food. The staff were friendly and offered suggestions. If you can get an inside table next to the window s, you can enjoy viewing people rushing by. The Happy Hour Menu is very good. Prices are typical for this area. I look forward to eating here again on my next visit to NYC."

"A no-frills old school burger place truly delivers. The patty is big and juicy., my only wish is that they came with a side of fries. We tried both the truffle mushroom and the classic burger. The truffle mushroom burger was the winner for me. Unlike other places that serve sad small wings, this place serves up some of the largest and meatiest wings you’ll find Plenty of outdoor seating, super dog friendly, charcoal approved ☑️"

"Second time eating here and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Great burgers and drinks. We reserved a table ahead of time and just walked in. If I had any complaints, the fries are lacking character but not bad. Bonus points that they are crinkle cut."

"5 Napkin Burger is just the best for that old-school, chill vibe. Seriously, the place is decorated so perfectly, it really sets the mood. No reservations, just walk in how great is that! And the food was undeniably delicious. Especially my kale salad! You can tell they use fresh ingredients because the flavors and spices are just spot-on, perfectly combined. Our drinks were super refreshing too, which is always a plus. And honestly, the service was top-notch! It's exactly what you want when you're hungry and looking for something cozy, comforting, and just genuinely good."
