"SANDWICH FULL OF MAYO??!!!! SUCH SLOPPY WORK!!! IVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS NO COMPLAINTS UP UNTIL THEY HIRE A NEW “COOK”!!! If you have an option online to get ketchup or mayo or whatever on your chopped cheese don’t put mayo when I ask for KETCHUP!!! Either way don’t put so much mayo!!!, making half of the sandwich a mayo chopped cheese.The cashier tried to say it wasn’t my order when I came back with the BAG and RECEIPT with my order details!!! Tried to kick me out for them NOT DOING THERE JOB!!! HELLO??? I’ve been going here for years and they just started putting OD MAYO on my chopped cheese. DISGUSTING!!! NEXT TIME DONT PUT HALF OF TH MAYO BOTTLE ON MY SANDWICH. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN FOR A SANDWICH THEY SUCK. The little guy that works there making the sandwiches needs to fired bc he doesn’t know portions and just SLOPPYYYYY."

"I had 3 eggs sunny side up, bacon mixed greens, home fries delivered. My order arrived promptly, perfectly done. The price was reasonable. This is a great neighborhood spot."

"Very Disappointing experience. I ordered the "Healthy Request Omelette Platter" directly off the West 109 Gourmet Deli menu. The menu item specifically states that the platter contains egg whites, turkey, tomatoes, and toast. Unfortunately when the food was delivered the plate only consisted of egg whites, and home fries! Where is the turkey and tomatoes??? Please see picture attached. The eggs taste terrible and I feel like I threw out my money. I can't eat this and I will still be hungry after discarding the food. In the future I will stick to ordering from the food cart on Columbus avenue and 97th Street. They will prepare the order properly and their food costs less! The people working in the deli seem nice to speak with but what good is it, if the food is unacceptable?"

"Staff was super friendly!!! Everyone was polite and helpful!! Store is suppppperrrr organized, clean, etc. I actually smiled underneath my mask lol of how happy I was when I saw how clean it was. I was fed shocked not a lot of deli/ bodegas are this organized! I love it! Thank you to whomever is in charge of the store’s neatness and cleanliness."
