"I made the mistake of putting my watch up for consignment at Victor Montres, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The welcome fluctuates depending on Ms. Decary's mood, making every interaction unpredictable. The price listed was €1,500 above the agreed price (+44%) on Chrono24, which is completely out of touch with the market. A waste of time for both you and me. Worse still, when I wanted my watch back, after the initially agreed upon three months, Ms. Decary told me that the watch was at her watchmaker's for a so-called "bezel problem"... even though the watch was like new. All this without informing me or asking my permission. When I wanted it back again, Ms. Decary repeated her actions, this time sending it to the local retailer, again without informing me or asking my permission. The watch is on consignment, not your property! This shop is not trustworthy: the welcome is deplorable and greed seems to be the key word. I strongly advise against it."

"Really disappointing visit. The last of 4 watch shops visited in Aix. The others were a joy, interesting and tempting. This establishment gave the feeling that we were an inconvenience, everything was a bother and unbelievably the service was delivered with sighs"
