"I love pho and I was on a search to find what bowl of pho would be best here in Aix. I noticed the pho reviews for this place were great and I saw few bad ones saying the broth was lacking flavour and ignored them. Indeed it was true to my surprise that the broth was heavily lacking flavour. I got just the Pho and this rating is only going to be talking about the Pho, the other dishes looked great. Noodles (slightly undercooked surprisingly) 5/10 Meat (some chewy and dry cuts of meat) 4/10 Broth (heavily lacking in flavour) 4/10 Portion (smallest portion of pho I’ve ever had) 3/10 Overall 4,5/10 for this pho so for those that are looking for a nice bowl of pho, I’d recommend eating the other dishes since I feel their quality would be much better. I’d like to note that the owner was great and so was the service. Kind and enthusiastic man, just wish there was some improvement on the pho broth"

"The host was so funny and nice! Pho was quite good- loved the rare beef. Broth was unique and had a distinct cinnamon flavour that I surprisingly loved. The lychee tea was not artificial tasting and not too sweet. One star off because I wish they had hoisin sauce. Forgot the name of what my boyfriend got (pictured) but it was SO GOOD. Perfect sweet and sour dish."

"The boss is very friendly, attentive and cool! I recommend to try Pho if you like Hanoi style Pho, Bun cha (grilled pork) and Bo Bun. The decor is very Vietnam, the flavour is good, and the price is good for Aix."

"Finally had some good Vietnamese food in Aix! Tried few others and not even close to this spot. Great service and good atmosphere. We sat outside we were very pleased with our meals."

"This place has LEGITLY GOOD Vietnamese food. The bun cha is reminiscent of the famous one I had in Hanoi. Pho is light and perfectly portioned. The spring rolls, fried or not, are delicious. Dishes come with fresh veggie that balances out the rich flavors of the meat. They even have garlic chili!"
