"The saleswoman's welcome was deplorable. This isn't the first time I've seen her disdain. We really felt like we were pissing her off. She answered with gritted teeth. Barely a hello and no goodbye. We're then surprised that we're buying online."

"I received a bracelet as a gift from this store. This is the third time it's broken and they've repaired it. I asked for an exchange for another item, but the response was negative. It's better to laugh about it; as long as the store doesn't close, I'll know where to get it repaired. Perhaps they should consider negotiating exchanges with their suppliers better than providing such poor customer service."

"A lovely welcome from a saleswoman who tried to help me since my return was a bit old. In good faith, I had done my best to come earlier, but when she asked the manager what to do, his welcome was very unpleasant. Business sense? Absolutely not. Even if the return was a bit old and I commit to getting a piece of jewelry with an extra charge, it will always give me more satisfaction than having a piece of jewelry with an expired return date and receiving a resounding "No, it's written there!!" without a second glance. Coming from a family of shopkeepers, I know how returns work, but having respect seems to be the key, especially when you see the store's ratings."

"I don't live in Aix-en-Provence but I was there for a weekend with friends. The battery in my watch was dead and I asked if he could replace it. It's a Swatch with a white strap unfortunately tinted due to carrot sun protection. The manager was lovely and asked me to give him 10 minutes but maybe he thought it was dirty, he must have done something wrong for a Swatch watch to end up with moisture in the mechanism! I've had this watch for ten years, this has never happened!! We left our weekend and on June 16, I wrote an email to explain the situation and just ask for ADVICE to tell me what I should do to stop the water getting in, which is pretty nice of me! It's June 28: 0 responses!
