"An all around wonderful and memorable experience with Chef Pascal. Chef Pascal and his wife were extremely hospitable, and of course the food was top notch. From our time with him at the open market where we selected the freshest seasonal vegetables, to cooking a variety of dishes, including our dessert dish - this is an Aix-en-Provence experience not to be missed."
