"We had the absolute pleasure of hiring Pascal as our private chef, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He consistently prepared delicious 3-course meals that were both beautifully presented and full of flavor. The pricing was extremely fair given the quality of the food and the service provided. Not only was the food outstanding, but Pascal was also reliable and professional—always arriving on time and making the entire experience seamless. He took care of everything, including cleaning up afterward, which allowed us to fully enjoy our meals without any stress. "We loved Pascal’s cooking back in 2021, so we invited him again for our summer holidays this year — and once again, he delivered! Every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. "An all around wonderful and memorable experience with Chef Pascal. Chef Pascal and his wife were extremely hospitable, and of course the food was top notch. From our time with him at the open market where we selected the freshest seasonal vegetables, to cooking a variety of dishes, including our dessert dish - this is an Aix-en-Provence experience not to be missed."
