"Hello everyone, I dropped off my wife's iPhone 12. It suddenly stopped working. I took it in for a diagnostic at the beginning of the week, and they told me they'd keep me updated. A week later, still no diagnosis. I went back on Saturday, and they told me the phone was irreparable. Knowing that I had it diagnosed beforehand, I thought some opinions were better than nothing. I find them completely unprofessional. I'll never take another phone in to them again, and I strongly advise against going there. While I was waiting my turn, a man was filing a complaint about his SIM card, which had been accidentally swapped. In any case, I'm very disappointed. They're in a shopping mall with lots of foot traffic and people, and they can't even do a proper job, knowing that the phone is repairable and that all it needed was a new battery. Even the diagnostic they gave me was completely wrong and totally useless. They should change professions."
