"Poorly prepared dish, often too salty! The fries tasted of fish oil."

"Lunch with friends before leaving for the Christmas holidays. The restaurant is part of the "Hotel Tulipe" complex, about 15 minutes from the center of Aix. You don't have to be a hotel guest to enjoy its specialties. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-managed by the lady in charge (thanks, Audrey). A good selection of dishes. Although they serve international dishes, the French specialties are a must. Today, "Maigret de canard," or for us, duck breast served with a little sweet potato puree and vegetables. Excellent. Against all odds, I washed it down with a pint of Affligem beer (please forgive me for that). Finished with a crème brûlée, a cognac, and coffee. Oops! Another Calvados...a special mention goes to the staff...always extremely kind. Even if it's not your custom, a tip can make a difference in their day."

"We had a terrible experience at this Restaurant for lunch. Young guys unfortunately not very professional in the service. No parking. Huge prices. Average quality of the food. The restaurant is part of the Tulip Hotel Chain that has an horrible concrete building, so even the location is not that attractive. It took to them 50 full minutes to deliver a tartare."

"Poolside restaurant with exceptional views. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Meals are served fresh and homemade, from starters to desserts. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend it!"
