"Excellent dinner and service. We each tried a different dish; hen and beef, and both were terrific. Very tasty, tender and good portions, along with delicious sides of vegetables and potato dish. Service was exceptional. I highly recommend."

"Really, really odd experience!! We came in and sat down, thinking it was a nice place. Tired and hungry. Ordered our food. 20 minutes later we are there isn’t enough steak for 4 of us - thats fine. But only 1 of us didn’t like anything else on the menu so tried to just have some chips. That was a no. She was very rude. We awaited our food another 20 minutes for some average steak and ok chips. When it arrived our friend who had already ordered a cocktail and was half way through was informed to leave. It was NOT busy. We eventually paid and I said calmly that it was really unneeded to kick her out. She then accused us of being rude and that I wanted an argument? We had already paid our bill (of almost 200 euro) It’s perhaps noting we were all English, perhaps she didn’t like that ? Very very Bizarre behaviour 😂"

"Our guide on our wine tour recommended this restaurant and it did not disappointment. A cute little restaurant off the busy streets with a great patio and incredibly fresh menu. We got the fish of the day and the fresh summer salad and both were delicious. Highly recommend to anyone who is coming to Aix for lunch or dinner."

"Five stars all round - superb, short menu. Seasonal ingredients, a great wine list, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service and excellent food. Probably the best meal we ate in Aix, top tip!"

"Nice restaurant in the heart of downtown Aix-en-Provence. The menu is simple but flexible and offers options for meat lovers and vegetarians. Delicious food with very reasonable prices for both food & wine. Definitely make a reservation in advance as it fills up quickly."
