"Recently and nicely refurbished, bedding superbe, déco simple and very comfortable. Accueil and service very professional and welcoming. Large choice of fresh and local products breakfast perfect, huge choice, very much worth the price. Staff lovely, Gentleman manager (that we didn’t get his name) very friendly and helpful. With a beautiful mascot cat. Hotel well situated, 15 mins walk from bus station, 25 mins for town center. Can but recommend this hotel. Thank you"

"I came here to Aix on vacation and my stay at the Campanile hotel started off really well. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right from the start. The room was decent, nothing fancy but comfortable enough for a few nights. The shower was also decent. But things took a turn for the worse on the second day. I left the room in the morning and asked the staff to make sure it got cleaned while I was out. To my surprise, when I came back in the evening, nothing had been done. The beds were still unmade, the dirty towels were still there, and it looked exactly as I had left it. It was frustrating, especially since it seemed like every other room on my floor had been cleaned except mine. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where my room wasn’t serviced at all. It's disappointing when the basics aren't taken care of, and it left me feeling like the staff didn't care. I hope the hotel improves this aspect of their service because it overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay."

"The room was ok, spacious with comfy beds. We appreciated the free parking on site. Quite a distance from the city centre though and quite expensive for the quality. Maybe it was during the rugby period so prices were raised."

"The hotel is quite expensive for what it has to offer. It is paced quite far from walkable distance to the city center (30 minutes). The rooms were fine. The breakfast is expensive for what it offers. Especially when some food items run out, they don't replenish them on time. So it's either you go in the morning or you don't get some of the food. I was a bit taken back that in a £115 a night room, the breakfast was not included. The employees were all extremely nice and helpful."
