"This is my first time picking up my Mondial Relay package at this address, and it will be my last. The salesperson is appalling and rude to the point!!!! I mean it carefully!! Mr. X asks me how big the package is. I answer in a normal tone, "Average, I think." (Excuse me, I'm no fortune teller.) I politely ask him if Mr. X would need help looking for the package. It's at this point that Mr. X reproaches me for responding rudely... Either I'm dealing with someone with schizophrenia or (I'd say sensitive; I feel like I almost had to hold his hand to look for the packages with him, or maybe you're not quite right about my appearance, who knows?) I was polite and respectful to the end, even taking it personally at that moment... Sir, I suggest you improve your diction with your customers who come to pick up the packages. Your welcome is deplorable and odious. If you are incapable of behaving fairly, then stop your "Mondial Relay" service immediately!!!
