"1 star, because I have no choice. This morning I went to change the battery in my mother's watch and glued one side of the watch strap. The man damaged the other strap, which was PERFECT. I pointed this out to the man, who told me it was already in that condition.... FALSE. My watch had been seen 10 minutes earlier by a jeweler in the gallery, who confirmed that the other strap was intact!! Avoid, dishonest."
