"Cliche rude French staff. I too was trying to fix my Holiday SIM (needed to top up). The young lady doesn’t bother even looking up from her smartphone, sent me to a tabac shop (via pointing and waving “over there”), says I must go there to top up. Fine, I go to the tabac shop, nice young gentleman tries to help. I buy a 30euro top up voucher, which he prints up on the receipt (includes the 13 digit number). Unfortunately, the online top up webpage apparently does not accept my SIM and I still don’t have data. I will go back to the store again today, hope to get someone else more helpful. It’s a real shame that, despite these poor reviews and terrible service, the young lady is still working there and destroying the reputation and brand of France and Orange."

"I walked in to get the orange holiday SIM card as I am a tourist. The person I spoke with was rude and did not want to help me at all. I was told the printer was not working today and that I would have to leave. A printer for a SIM card? I don’t know much about how it works and being in a foreign country I didn’t want to argue. I walked to there competitors SFR and was treated like a human being. I asked if you needed a printer for a SIM card and he was confused as prepaid cards don’t require printing. I was lied to and treated poorly as the worker did not want to deal with me as my issue was viewed as a waste of time. I will be avoiding this company in the future"
