"I paid €15 to leave with my bag in the same condition (good for throwing away). The person asked me to add €45 if I wanted the zipper replaced. I don't understand why they didn't tell me from the start? And why did I pay €15? In short, I'm definitely not going back."

"A real con artist who made my mother (73 years old) believe he had repaired the zipper on her handbag. Two minutes later, it was broken... No refund offered. He explained that the bag had to be opened gently. No qualms, even with elderly and vulnerable people. A penny and a penny. Absolutely avoid!!!"
