"We were incredibly fortunate to have Maison Nans as our caterer for our wedding, and could not have wished for a better team. Their service combined refinement, precision and genuine generosity, from our very first exchange through to the final brunch. The quality of the food was outstanding. Every dish reflected a perfect balance of flavour, freshness and local elegance, bringing out the very best the region has to offer. The service was impeccable in every respect: smooth, discreet and attentive. Each member of the team spoke at least two languages, which enabled warm and seamless interactions with our guests from all over the world. Everyone was genuinely impressed. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful care shown not only to us and our families, but also to guests with particular needs. Individuals with allergies and pregnant women were looked after with sincere, tailored attention. This level of consideration is rare and was deeply appreciated. When the person from the venue, responsible for coordinating the event, became unavailable at a critical moment between the cocktail and the first dance, it was Laure who calmly and efficiently stepped in. Her leadership and professionalism ensured that everything continued smoothly. The team also worked in perfect harmony with our other suppliers. From the florist to the live band, the DJ and the furniture providers, every collaboration was handled with clarity, rigour and a true sense of partnership. From the cocktail reception to the dinner and through to the brunch the following day, every detail was delivered with care, confidence and impeccable taste. Our wedding remains a profoundly joyful and beautiful memory, thanks in large part to Laure and her exceptional team. Maison Nans is simply the best caterer in the region. "Maison Nans were the perfect caterer for our wedding. The food was exceptional throughout - including the canapés, the cooking shows, the main meal, and the brunch the following day. The professional, attentive, and charming service really made the day feel special, with Julien and his team going the extra mile for us and our guests throughout. "Maison Nans catered our wedding in August, both dinner on the wedding day and brunch the day after. Everything was absolutely exceptional. The cocktail service was amazing, dinner was superb, the bar service was great, brunch the next day was exactly what everyone needed! All of the guests commented on the high quality of the food, and also on how amazing the service was. All of the staff working were so lovely and kind and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a good time. I would not hesitate to recommend Maison Nans to anyone planning their wedding. "What an experience from start to finish! To make things harder my wife and I live in Australia, but the team at Maison Nans were so accommodating. We had to work around different time zones and arranging a tasting around the short visit my wife had back to Europe 6 months prior to wedding. Due to an unforeseen incident one week prior to the wedding, we were down 10 family members and Maison Nans were so understanding and accommodating with our situation. On the day, Jessica was absolutely fantastic, i ran her through a few things on the day and she was so calm, collected and gave me every bit of reassurance. There were a couple of minor details missed on the day, but their service and food out weighed the issues. The food is second to none, the canope's kept flowing, the mains we're absolutely delicious. The staff we're super friendly and we had multiple comments and feedback from the guests to say the wait staff we're fantastic. We would highly recommend Maison Nans for your wedding! Carl & Cerise"
