"Terrible hotel. Terrible customer service service. Do not stay here. They are very rude and will not do anything to help you out, especially if they can’t make extra money. I sincerely despise this place and recommend you look elsewhere for a more welcoming cleaner hotel. There are so many in Aix."

"Good for a short stay. Excellent location to walk around downtown. Outstanding staff : welcoming and helpful Perfect breakfast with fresh croissant. But : tiny and narrow rooms. Avoid those on the last floor, especially room 34, its under the roof. Also : poor network coverage. And beware of the unprotected in-house wifi : password in plain text."

"Amazing and helpful front desk staff. Perfect location for access to the city. Small bathroom, but room was overall fine. We appreciate the extra mile they went to help our honeymoon feel a little bit more special!"

"My favourite hotel of the holiday. Our stay here was totally perfect in every way. The hotel has oodles of character with super staff who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is situated close to the centre and about a 15 minute walk from the main bus station. We were on the top floor, 59 steps and no lift! So be aware if you're a bit unfit. The breakfast is excellent with lovely fresh bread and a selection of cold meats and cheeses. There are freshly soft boiled eggs on request. I can honestly say this was worth every penny."
