"To begin, I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know the repercussions it can have for a professional. Like the previous person, I relied on the reviews. We used Julien's services last year. One year later, we have: - Repeated leaks in the drip irrigation system. We realized he had kept part of the old system, which was over 10 years old. He had clearly stated in the quote that he would remove it. - Regarding the automatic sprinkler system, none of the nozzles are straight; the one in front of our patio was sticking out by several centimeters. My children regularly tripped over it, so I had to add soil and re-seed behind it. - The pétanque court is no longer usable after the rains. It had already shifted considerably at the end of spring, and I realized there were no brackets, just nails between the crossbeams. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, Julien is no longer responding. Completely unprofessional; I do not recommend this company!"
