"We bought an aluminum table with an HPL top, and after barely 5 years, the table is warping! Non-existent customer service, as is the management. We've already had disappointments with lounge chairs. The prices don't at all match the expected quality. It's a shame; the furniture is nice, but for disposable furniture, the price is steep... It's better to go to Fermob at these prices..."

"We really liked the wood and slate look of our garden set, which we bought 7 years ago. We bought it even though we were a little worried about the maintenance (teak turns gray over time). In the end, we did the right thing; the lower set, which we left exposed to the elements for a few months, could use some sanding and oiling, but the table and chairs, which remain under the overhang of our terrace, haven't changed. Apart from a few hose-downs and wipings, we haven't done anything to them. The solar lights are great too. We got some 1 and 2 years ago. We get a lot of sun at home, but since we installed them, we've let them do their thing, and we have light every evening, even in winter and even when it's rained all day."

"We purchased €14,000 worth of "LES JARDINS" tables and chairs from a retailer in Carquefou (Nantes). A lot of furniture was delivered to our home broken and damaged. The two broken chairs will be replaced, but the many scratches we observed (removing the six layers on the Duratek) related to packaging defects on the corners of the chairs will only be "masked" by the retailer painting with crayon. The photos clearly show the lack of protection around the corners of the armrests. For the price of the chair (around €500) and for the purchase of 12 chairs, I find it scandalous that the product was not better protected during delivery. I definitely do not recommend this brand."
