"ROTTEN AFTER-SALES SERVICE! I was delighted to have found a toy store that wasn't a chain, just a stone's throw from my house, with saleswomen who had been friendly until then. That's why I was very disappointed when I wanted to return a book. The child I wanted to give it to already had it. The salesperson told me that they don't take back books because you might have read it! (It was an encyclopedia about dinosaurs, by the way, which the child unwrapped in front of me and which I took back immediately, in perfect condition as you can see in the photos). I had also bought a drawing set with 4 erasable pens, but the pens were missing (maybe they had used them for the demo in the store?). The salesperson handed me new pens, grumbling "that's unprovable." He absolutely did not offer me additional pens as he claimed. Just the four pens that were rightfully mine because I had bought them! In short, I won't be going back; I'm now going to try Piccolino in Bouc-Bel-Air as well."

"Saturday, March 9, 24, I bought an anti-fear mist for €18. I opened it today and it says "cons" on the label. Before the end of 2023????? It's March 2024, what do I do? It's for a 13-month-old child? The store is very beautiful and the staff are friendly, but I'm not happy..."
