"SHAMEFUL! Chicken for 20€ dry and rickety, which is certainly a few days old.. Small portion of gratin dauphinois for 25€.. at this price you expect quality.. living in the neighborhood I will certainly never go back there again.."

"As occasional customers, we've encountered quality issues on three occasions: marinated lamb that was inedible the day after purchase, extremely salty meatballs, and recently, ground beef with a strong taste of detergent/disinfectant (consumed 30 minutes after purchase). When I waited for the store to empty to calmly report it, I was immediately called a "pain in the neck" and asked to leave and never come back. The butcher implied that I wasn't returning the meat because there was no problem: I came back immediately afterward to bring it all back. They will undoubtedly try to justify or minimize it, but their attitude in the store was as problematic as the products themselves. I'm giving 2 stars because their homemade ham and pâté are good, but it's a shame to react like this."

"I went in and watched 2 people served and paid and person handled the different meats with no gloves and without washing hands between about 5 different meats. Then rang customers through til and took money from them and touched til and gave them change. Then asked to serve but when I asked her to wash her hands, the fellow who is obviously in charge or the owner asked me to leave. I am a visitor from overseas and I was quite shocked first at the lack of handwashing or glove use but also by his response to a polite request to have the servers hand washed before touching my meat!"
