"Great!!!! A defect in a cigar? I ask for it to be cut by them, a defect during the process? No problem, the owner looks at it, and simply says NO, we'll change it. Well, even at €20 each, it's classy, which is a shame because these days, that's getting lost. I recommend it 100%. You can find some Robustos there!!!"
