"As someone from Alsace, I have a special connection with cinnamon, especially at the end of the year. When I opened the Kampot cinnamon packet, the aroma that wafted out instantly filled the entire kitchen. A real treat! I also recommend the Breton curry, which is original, very aromatic, and fragrant, and the smoked paprika (for those who like smoky flavors), whose powerful flavor is a delight. Heading to Besançon with his daughter for a sales event to promote his product, the boss of this small family business made himself available to welcome me into his home when I wasn't expected and explained his business, which is fueled by knowledge and travel.
