"Sophie is available and responds quickly, which is pleasant and provides security. Clear explanations, even for parking nearby. (Around €20 for 24 hours in the nearest parking lot). Arriving at the room, the romantic welcome is also very pleasant. It's very pretty and well decorated. Clean, even if it's not in detail (dirty bed underneath, for example). Bathroom therapy for one night instead of several baths, a very old and damaged bed, in a basin. Very poor soundproofing from the street. We could hold a conversation without opening a window with passersby. Basic breakfast, not even milk for a hot chocolate, even though there's powdered chocolate. Salted butter with no choice of salt. For the price, a minimum would have been nice. As for the rosé, it's actually a semi-dry wine for less than €2. Budget-priced Super U products that serve as a romantic treat. After booking, there are lots of restrictions. Upon arriving at the accommodation, there were many restrictions on the balneotherapy products to be used. There were no products provided for balneotherapy. Sophie told us she hadn't received her order of specific products (I asked)... so she advised us to use basic hand products since she hadn't had time to prepare them. We're right in the center of Aix-en-Provence... if I had known in advance, I would have simply planned balneotherapy treatments. Disappointed for the price... we slept very little because of the noise and the bowl-shaped bed."

"A horror, simply the ultimate tourist trap in the heart of Aix... A very unfriendly owner... 126 euros a night in the middle of May for: A studio that was simply not maintained (dirty), a mattress we couldn't sleep on. A sauna that was impractical, a spa that didn't work properly. And as a bonus, a military guide because, yes, obviously, you shouldn't touch anything... the decor is so outdated. Breakfast with an open box of Poulain chocolates... Since then, we can't tell, the chocolate is so dry. Hiding misery in every nook and cranny of the studio. And so on! In short, a stay in Aix ruined by an unscrupulous owner who is dishonest and doesn't want to redo this furnished tourist accommodation. We were taken in, too bad for us! A word to the wise! Oh yes, otherwise, Madam Owner, it is not reserved in my name but in the name of my partner, we came from Wednesday May 17 to Thursday May 18, if you ever dare to respond as I read in other comments...."

"This was our second time at L'Escapade Aixoise. The first time, we booked the largest apartment with its small courtyard. The decor was impeccable, down to the smallest detail. It was very quiet, with a cute and functional little kitchen (which was so handy a year and a half ago when the restaurants were closed 😄). We loved it. So, a year and a half later, we wanted to try it again, and this time we booked the ground-floor studio facing the street. And it was just as wonderful and so romantic! There were a few people in the street in the evening, but it was a Saturday, so we expected that. But honestly, we slept very well because the bedding and sheets were amazing! Besides, we weren't planning on going to bed at 10 pm anyway; we enjoyed exploring Aix because the accommodations are so well located! 👍 We also loved the little touches of food and drink. We highly recommend it for a romantic weekend getaway. Everything is explained very clearly, and it's spotlessly clean. You'll have everything you need for a romantic getaway for two. "Excellent short stay! The room is beautiful, quiet, but still very close to all the amenities of the city center. Everything is done for the comfort and tranquility of arrivals. The owner is very kind, the contact goes very well. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable. If you have a moment to spend with your loved one, go for it!"
