"When a ribeye steak is listed at €21 on the menu, but the receipt shows €24 with the sauce, and you weren't told the sauce was extra, I call that upselling. Please tell the customer the price of the sauce. For example, €3 for mayonnaise or pepper sauce..."

"A very pleasant surprise! The products are truly high-quality, especially the meat. I ate it well-cooked, and it was tender and juicy, not dry at all—a real pleasure (and I should add that the prices are also very reasonable for such quality)! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. Honestly, a great place that I recommend without hesitation. The only downside for me is that the restaurant isn't open in the evening, so if you're reading this review, I'll be one of your loyal customers if you plan to open late! Thank you, it's a pleasure."
