"Ordered at 20:00, order finished in kitchen at 20:15, 30 seconds later app claims order was delivered, it was not. 1 hour later, app reorders it without me initiating it, after I ate elsewhere. 45 minutes later, food is delivered cold, disgusting and with a long hair in it as seen in picture... not mine, I'm bald."
